This dress is SO cozy and warm! I am going to live in it all winter!! At first I was on the fence about whether or not I was going to keep it because it is pretty snug on my hips and booty and I wasn't sure if it was flattering. I knew this could be a problem with this style of dress but I also think going up a size would have been too big (I still think that!). After wearing it around the house for a bit (and my husband, out of nowhere, saying how cute it was!) I decided to keep it and I'm SO happy I did!! It's adorable and will be so comfy through the cooler months. I did the challenge in a small Camellia and also have a small Brooklyn. I'm glad I sized up from that (to my normal size in other brands) for Everett!
Lots of folks have asked about cool weather warm clothing options. So here is my review of Everett. This is my reward dress after my 100 day challenge in xl long rowena. Everett is an absolutely lovely and perfect fall addition to your wardrobe. Seriously everyone should get one! It is buttery soft, warm but not hot, and perfect in every way. It runs fitted so if you like a snug athletic look that shows off your curves, order true to size. I ordered up from my usual size for a loose comfy easy hoodie look that would work for layering in colder weather. I typically wear it with jeans or leggings. For reference I am 5'4.5" tall with a super long torso so things run shorter on me than on the average petite gal. I am about 195 lbs with a curvy goddess shaped figure and wear an xl and size 16/18 in regular clothes. I size down to large for Sierras and this Everett I sized up to xxl and it is perfect for me.
I want this in every color!
I sized up for a cozy relaxed fit.
Perfect cool weather staple.
Well worth the price.
I have been looking at this hoodie since it was first announced. I should have bought it right away because it would have been perfect for my downtime in Iceland. Looking forward to using it on my travels later this year. I bought a medium and will be able to wear one layer underneath. The length is good on me.
I was hesitant to invest in this piece, thinking I didn’t *need* another sweatshirt - especially not one that’s almost $200. After seeing all of the hype on the Wool& Facebook pages, I decided to give it a try. I’m SO glad I did. It’s unbelievably comfortable. I can see myself lounging, camping and hiking in this piece for years to come. I sized up for layering / coziness purposes and that was definitely the right choice.
