I sized up in this dress, and it was kind of a mixed fit. I was afraid that the top and shoulders would be too large, but the top of the dress looks and fits just like my dresses that are one size smaller, so that's a win! But, the hip area is VERY straight and snug right below the waist, any flare in the skirt only begins about knee level. I at first thought I would not be able to keep it, but since it was on sale, and not returnable, I decided Tom just keep it and wear it at home. Well, after a few hours wear, the skirt relaxed and looks better, although still very slim fit. I am going to try washing and stretching the skirt sideways, but even if I don't get any more width, now that the skirt relaxed a little, it's wearable. It is an odd design though, even for a fitted dress, the upper hip is cut so slim that the pockets are obvious.

I decided to try Charlotte, and I’m glad I did. I’m similar in size to the model and a medium fits. I like the neckline, not too wide or low. The shoulders hit at the right place, and the waist is right at my natural waist. The skirt could be a bit more flare, but isn’t too tight. Aegean teal is one of my favorite Wool& colors, and goes with most of my wardrobe, and is easy to style with a cape, Moto jacket, cardigan, jean jacket , scarves , belts for different looks. Kind of a blank palette that can be changed up easily. There was a lot of static when I first removed the dress from the package, but a day later it is settling down.

I pre-ordered this as my first Wool& dress and was so excited when it arrived. I wore it a couple times, but I just don’t feel confident in it. The dress accentuates the small pooch in the middle from having 3 kids, to the point where the pooch is more prominent then my breasts, and the pocket lines are very obvious showing through the outer layer. Will not be keeping this dress.

I am an older lady who prefers body coverage, so the longer length of this dress is wonderful. I am 36-30-40 with short body. The waist band and shirt fit perfectly, with attractive drape, neither too form-fitting nor too voluminous. The top is shaped for someone with larger bra cup size, so is sloppy in the bra area. This, along with the rather wide V-neckline, is not attractive on me. I wish it came in a jewel or high neckline.

I ordered a Halftee, hoping it will add the coverage I need. I am keeping the dress mainly because the fabric is heavenly!

I LOVE this dress. Very flattering. And comfortable. Not going to lie; I wish it were 2-3 inches shorter, just below knee (I'm 5'3" and it hits me mid shin). But I LOVE IT and may order it in another color!
