This is my ideal dress for my full-figured hourglass shape! I now own two of these beauties and wear them a couple of times a week. My favorite buttery soft fabric. Planning to do a 100 day dress challenge in my aubergine Clara this fall/winter. If only there was a version of this dress with short sleeves or sleeveless, I'd give Wool& all my money. More colors, please!

I wanted to love Clara (med in teal) but it's just not right for me. I did 30 day in Cora (small) and 100 day in Brooklyn (small-long) and those are both perfect for me. I think Clara is too "formal" for me and the fabric is a beautiful color and nice feel but it also seemed to hold dog hair/etc much more than my other wool& pieces. I was glad I sized up and appreciated the more relaxed fit but this one is going back to exchange for another in the standard fabric type that really repels fur and seems more versatile for me. My husband agreed, Clara just didn't look or feel right on me but I absolutely love the look on models and others.

Just received this dress and wore it yesterday. It's just excellent. The fabric (I chose the Deep Teal shade) is lustrous and rich, soft, but with nice structure so the dress hangs beautifully. Belted dresses do not work on my body shape, so I omitted the belt. Even after sitting through a day in the office followed by a seated concert, the dress was wrinkle-free. I styled it with opaque black tights and ankle boots. It will be accompanying me on an upcoming vacation in Paris and I know it will be perfect: easy to pack, lightweight, wrinkle-free, with a clean, unfussy, sophisticated style that makes it easy to put on and forget about.

I also want to mention how deep and rich the color is. The fabric has a slight sheen from the twill weave that really brings out the depth of color--it's glorious.

I'll be adding more colors as they come back in stock! Bring on black, and maybe a deep, deep cool red?

I own the turquoise dress and it so lovely. It’s 100% wool so so you can wear it many times without washing. It fits so well and I get a ton compliments. It’s very tailored and can go from the office to dinner out. I can’t for more colors to be back in stock so I can buy more. I would love to see Wool& expand on the 100% wool garmets.

I'm 10 days into my 100 day challenge, and I needed a dress that was suitable for breastfeeding. I'm not usually drawn to this style, but I was so surprised how much I've fallen in love with Clara. This dress is so versatile. I love it with a belt, as a blouse with a skirt, or tucked into jeans. I followed the advice here to get my normal size, and I actually wish I sized down to XS. The dress does relax enough for me that XS would have been a better fit. Once I'm done my challenge, I intend to get it tailored. If you're smaller in the chest like me, I would advise you to consider sizing down.
