our Laurel Tunic comes with a few advantages.

This looks like another classic, versatile dress. I love the tunic length and the options to wear belted, unbelted, buttoned, open like a jacket, etc. The chambray color looks cool and I would buy it in other colors!!
Not worth the money and a tad frumpy.
I was fortunate to be able to order one of these tunics in the chambray color. I was also thrilled to have chosen the exact size I needed on the first try, since inventory was limited. Like everything else from wool&, it is perfection. I typically don't like belted styles on me (apple shaped with a round middle) but find this flattering with or without the belt. It feels extremely classy and put together and goes with just about anything.
I simply love the woven fabric of this dress! It has a linen type of look but does not wrinkle much at all. You can definitely wear it many days without ironing - and it still looks fresh. I like the style as well. It’s a great weight for three seasons.
Bring it back, please! Love mine! I have to admit I was on the fence at first- but only because I bought a large when I normally wear a medium, and I was a little uncomfortable with the boxy fit. Let’s just say that I am over it and now I want a Laurel in the chambray color too, because it is becoming a staple. I love the unique blend of linen and wool. As a fiber artist that works only with natural fibers, this is what sold me on the piece, but the classic styling, drape, and functionality all contribute to my continuing love affair. So much so that I am considering the 100 day challenge as a way to really put it to the test.
My favorite look so far? Tied at the waist with a pair of cuffed jeans and loafers- I look so smart and put together! It’s a look that can go anywhere. And if I hang it up in the closet in the evening it looks just as crisp and clean the next time I want to wear it. No wrinkles or creases thanks to the merino. And the combination of the two fibers gives the fabric a great hand and sheen.
I’ll start with this - don’t judge this tunic too quickly! After washing, it’s soft and supple, yet has great body. I’m not used to linen, so when I first tried Laurel on, she seemed too stiff. That really does magically disappear! Now I really enjoy wearing this piece. It’s kind of an intermediate length - not a dress for anyone my height.
This instantly became one of my favorite wardrobe pieces. It’s so cute and comfortable. It lets me get away with wearing yoga leggings to work underneath. The fabric is light but sturdy, I’ve worn it in 80 degrees and humidity, and with a long sleeve shirt underneath on cooler days and in A/C. I don’t want to wear anything else!
Please make this in more colors! Olive green or dark grey or even black.
Also, a long-sleeved version of this would be amaaaaaazing!
I purchased the Swing Dress and the Laurel Tunic at the same time as I’m leaving the country soon. I absolutely love the fabric of both, but the tunic is really fabulous. It is a bit short, and I am a bit old, so I have to wear it with tights, but it has a very classy feel and fit.
So far I have worn the swing dress more often, but I like the look of the tunic over the dress. Soon I will switch to just the tunic as the temperature here in Louisiana is climbing already and the dark color of the dress makes it a bit too much.
The funny thing is that I’m on day eleven of my 100 day challenge and my husband hasn’t noticed that I’m wearing the same thing every day. My personality must be shining awfully bright. I love this idea and intend to do it as long as I can.
I was worried about getting the laurel because I am very pear shaped, but I love it. I wear it leggings mostly, without the belt. It looks great with a cardigan over it or by itself. The fabric is so breathable and comfortable. I love that it dresses up my daily wardrobe. I’ve had it for a little over a month, wear it a few times a week and have only washed it once. I do not iron it and it still looks great. I can’t wait to layer it more in the fall and winter with sweaters, etc.
I absolutely love the Laurel Tunic. I can wear in under my dresses for extra warmth and style, with leggings, with jeans, skirts, hiking clothes, camping, dog shows, out to dinner, you name it. I washed it in the washer on the hand wash cycle and hang it to dry over night. It doesn’t need iron and I put it right back on. You can belt it, tuck it, tie it and much more.
