Love this dress! I'm 5'5" and by measurements between a medium and large, and I'm glad I sized up to large. Dress fits perfectly, hits just above the knee, and the fabric is super soft and comfy! The pockets are a nice bonus - it's knit material so it doesn't have the structure of a woven garment pocket, but great to slip a phone or ID card in for a short time. Looks super professional for work but also feels like wearing pajamas.
My favorite Wool& dress for simultaneous comfort and polish. The slightly heavier gsm fabric loosened up a bit and became buttery soft after a few wearings. I wear it a lot and the feel just gets better! I love how natural it feels and sits on my frame and the bracelet length sleeves are really nice for staying out of the way.
I love my Margo in black! It’s the perfect basic dress, comfortable but flattering fit, great thickness, and easy to layer over. My daughter says it makes me look “instantly put together,” and I agree!
The fabric of this dress is just heavenly. It is thick, soft, and feels lovely next to the skin. The dress design is basically a simple sheath dress but with the bonus of large stitched in pockets. It is simple but can be dressed up or down. I just wish it came in a slightly longer length (or 2 lengths to give people choice). This would only be a tunic on tall people and I would like it to reach my knees.
I love this dress. I already have two...the striped version and the black version. The blue in the striped dress is a true dark blue. This dress will be appropriate for a picnic, a party, or a concert. The fabric is soft and will travel well. I'm short and the length works for me...NOT a midi. And it has pockets! You won't be sorry.
This is my first Wool& dress, and it won’t be my last. The quality is phenomenal! I am built without a lot of curves, and this drapes nicely without looking shapeless. Looks great alone, with a blazer or a cardigan. I’m excited to try other ways of styling it, too.
I love this dress for winter. The weight is perfect. The fit is perfect. I tried a S (as I have a S Brooklyn and may need a XS Brooklyn) but the shoulders were tight and the sleeves a little too short. I am usually a M top due to my breasts and a S for bottoms, so dresses can be tricky.
I am so glad I stuck with the M. Since it is winter, I have only worn her with leggings and tights. I love the fitted shape and heavier weight for the winter time. The pockets are great and the slide slits are cute. Love this dress. I would love to get another in Marionberry. Hint hint
The neckline and fit are flattering - not too loose or too snug anywhere. The fabric is a little heavier than the Rowena - a good winter weight. I wear it over leggings, so I don’t mind the shirt length, but i would LOVE it three inches longer. The redwood is a gorgeous brown plum-ish color. I’d love it in a dark green and dark ochre too!
I have really enjoyed wearing this—with a new pair of boots and stockings, I almost felt like I should shake off this dang pandemic!
Love the weight of the fabric, the neckline, the pockets. It's a little shorter than I expected but not a deal breaker as I usually wear with leggings in cold weather anyway. I love the versatility of this dress. I can wear it to the barn or to the symphony. Thanks Wool& Team!
