My Go-To!

There is a lot I love about this bra. Most importantly that I feel covered and comfortable (my boobs don't fall out when I move around, but they also aren't squished at all which is important for me during the sore-boob-pregnancy stage. The bust feels a little tight from time to time, but too loose would be a problem, too, so it's okay. The straps end right at the top of my shoulders and then transition to an adjustable strap in the back which is fine but I sorta wish it went back a little further before transitioning, though once I have it on I don't notice. When crossed, the back does gap a bit and it feels like the straps are too short, so I've mostly been wearing it straight. Maybe if there were hooks to choose to cross more narrowly that would help? But the material is wonderfully soft and feels so good even when I'm sweaty. It's the first bra I grab, and wear it for days before I have to move on to less preferred bra. The price point means I only have one, but I can definitely see myself buying a second one before this pregnancy is over.

The holy grail of merino bras!

I continuously haunt all makers of merino products for a decent bras for hikers with big chests. I've tried several sports bras but they give you a uniboob in which you puddle sweat along with mysterious twigs, leaves and sand throughout the day. To make it worse, once it is nice and sweaty (or wet from a lovely rainshower), you dislocate a shoulder or two to get it off. I've actually have failed at this before and had to wear it 3 days straight wet because I couldn't get it off...and have the bruises to prove it. I've tried mesh type sleep bras to "unwire" bras (about 10 different brands) but they sweat, usually still give me a uni-boob, and look horrid if they fit at all. Most have cups so small they can both fit in one of my palms. Ma'am....I've been pregnant...nature lets half the air out of the girls due to pregnancy hormones. I need my breasts to not only fit in the cups but stay there.

Expecting another disappointing merino bra I decided to try one of these....and I was proven COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY WRONG!!! The material for this bra is substantial enough to not only hold the girls all day (even when exercising) but no uni-boob, no super thin material so you see nippleage all the time. The weight is perfect - I'd consider it a moderate thickness. It feels silky soft on your skin. The band is not the main feature which is nice for a change - most other bras rely on it as the support system which is an instant failure for large chested women. The band on this bra is mostly for structure and you don't think about it. Best yet - you can take it off when soaking wet without causing personal injury. As it is merino, you can soak this thing in sweat, put the same now-dry bra on in the morning, and repeat for days with zero (yes...truly zero) stink! I tested mine out for 1.5 weeks straight doing this in preparation for a big hike. Loved it so much bought 2 more so all my bras in the house are going away completely. Please bring in some lighter colors so I can wear it under my thinner, lighter color shirts!

So comfortable! Fits really well. Medium support. Will order more!

Difficult to put on

This is a lovely bra, although on me it plunges more than I was expecting. But the main problem is that I get into a fight with it every time I put it on overhead, especially after a shower. The last time this happened I just gave up, which is a bad sign because if it’s that much trouble then I might opt not to wear it, and that’s money down the drain. So I’ll continue to try to work with it and hope it gets easier as time goes on.
