I'd love this in something a bit more multi-seasonal and elbow length loose-ish sleeves, I never wear short sleeves. I have army-green eyes, makeup people always think I must be an autumn but I'm a summer. Some of us could use a bit more color variety, but mixable for those of us who don't have a closet full of black, grey, taupe or dusty-anything? Moss green, medium ocean blue, Girardelli milk-chocolate? The burgundy is beautiful and I'd love some classic wool basics. I've been a wool and linen convert for about 10 years, but I look like death with most of these neutrals near my face.
I'm very pear-shaped - even a little more swing than Rowena would be appreciated. Maybe include a belt for more options? And a V or a slit V would be more generally flattering.
I'm a 5'4" pear shape and I would love to see a dress with a really wide swing that would drape softly front and back.
I think this would be amazing with a slightly narrower skirt (not bodycon or super fitted, but maybe more like a traditional shift dress). I worry the swing skirt in the same style as the Rowena would be too bulky in a sweater fabric. I’m pretty petite and generally feel like the Rowena skirt (on the normal dress) would look better/ more sophisticated if it were a little trimmer.
This looks beautiful and would love this in fall colors like a deep rust tone.
