Miracle skirt

The most fabulous skirt I’ve ever owned. I was so worried I would look dumpy or lumpy in this skirt and I struggled with what size to get but followed the suggestion for going with your biggest measurement in the chart and it fits perfect! Even my doctor commented about I looked good. Haha. He usually says nothing much so that was a nice change. I like the way it feels and performs as well. I’m 4 “11 “ and 140 pounds and I bought the large. It comes to 2-3 inches below my knees. I plan to get the second color when I can. Hope they make a few extra colors.

Great classic skirt

I love this skirt! I am tall 5’10” and prefer a skirt or dress that goes comfortably below my knees. This pencil style is classy and the thinker material compliments curvy figure. At first I thought I would only wear for more “dressy” occasions but then remember this is wool! It is so versatile and deserves more time out of the closet!

Gorgeous skirt

I ordered this skirt in Marine Blue. It arrived in today’s mail, and I immediately put it on with different tops. The skirt is marvelous - a great middle weight, classic lines - and the color is beautiful. The skirt is going into my collection of travel essentials. It has a nice stretch to it so should comfortable for long flights. It can be dressed up or down by change of shoes, leggings, and accessories - perfect for packing light.

Lovely Rita, you just need more inclusive colors.

Since being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I have missed wearing pencil skirts. With my height they are fun to wear. And wearing Rita was the first time I felt like I could breathe in a pencil skirt, the XL was perfect. Even without pockets and showing my abdomen, the comfort and fit of the skirt was so cute I did not notice.

So why on earth did I return Rita? I am a warm autumn color season. Black is just not me and Marine blue is NOT flattering on me. I cannot even fake Marine blue as a jean neutral skirt. I know that faded tones are in but the Spring 2023 colors...I love wisterias in nature but that shade of purple does NOT look good on me.

I bought Marine Blue thinking it would be a true navy. Nope, the website colors are a little misleading but I attached a photo of what Rita looks like with my navy Kalle as a comparison. I guess I could have dyed it, but my current landlord would have given me hell. So Rita was returned.

I am crossing my fingers that Rita comes back in at least Navy...or classic red, or if we have to stick to neutrals/earth tones, olive green. But she was so comfortable and cute, it really hurt to send her back.

wearing merino comes with advantages
