I've rarely worn these (I ordered when they came back in stock in the spring of 2024) yet, but I am looking forward to wearing them as the weather cools. They are long for me, so I will likely need to hem them. Also, they are not straight leg, as they have a boot cut /flare to them. I ordered a Medium as that is what I wear in my Axis leggings. They seem very comfortable in the hips and waist, and definitely fit like a legging.

Really liking these and look forward to wearing them more once it’s cooler outside! Super soft and comfortable, opaque. The high waistband is comfy for me 6 months postpartum, my body is changing and these are forgiving. I’ve got nice compression without them being uncomfortably tight. Currently about 40”-34”-43” and wearing a L.

It's been to hot to do more than try them. Great for fall , winter.

This, along with the axis midweight legging, are the first merino wool bottoms I own. So far, I'm quite impressed. The material on the summit straight cut legging is very comfortable and not itchy at all. These leggings fit perfectly around my waist and hips. They almost feel like shapewear but are less constrictive and more comfortable to wear. I also love the flare at the end for style. My only critique is that they are quite long for my petite frame. However, I love them so much that I decided to keep them and hem them. I look forward to testing them on my upcoming month-long trip to Australia.

I REALLY wanted to love these leggings. I thought I would live in them (I love bootcut leggings). They were well made and of that smooth/soft fabric you expect from wool&. However, the rise (from crotch to waist) was just too long for me. When I pulled them to where they weren't sagging in the crotch area, the top went above my belly button. They fit beautifully everywhere else. The high high waist was just a deal breaker for me. I know I'd be uncomfortable and fidgeting while wearing them if kept. It's the difference of 1 inch of comfort... I love my axis and they fit perfectly (at a rise just 1" shorter when I measure and compare - the size chart only registers .25" difference). I may try again in the future and have altered - that's how great these are. But that's for another day.
