So, I have spent hours deliberating whether to buy these leggings or not- and also what size should I get. I found everyone's reviews very helpful. Despite my measurements pointing towards an XL, based on other peoples reviews, I went with the Large as I was concerned the XLs would be to baggy. I am happy with the decision I made. This is also the perfect season to start wearing these leggings. Damp cold just goes to my bones, and these leggings are helping prevent that. They are comfortable, not itchy, and don't feel like I am wearing a pair of Spanx or Skims. I have worn them as an under layer, when traveling, out hiking and walking, and even to church under my dress. To me they are opaque, and I would wear them with a long t-shirt or tunic. I am not big on wearing "yoga" pants without the long shirt. They do have a waist pocket, but I haven't tried it out. they have been washed once, in Tide, and air dried. Glad I took the dive, and thanks to everyone who writes great reviews- they are helpful.
These are so comfortable, they are all I want to wear. I’ve had them for a few weeks and they are holding up well.
I am 5'3, 185 pounds, size XL 16 sometimes 18. The 1X fit PERFECTLY. The regular length are honestly not too long for me, I would say just right. These Leggings are worth every penny. They stay up all day, wash great, and do not lose their shape.
So comfortable and warm. I started with black and now have bought the colors. Worth it!
Extremely warm, soft, and comfy. These are my first wool leggings and I love them. I wear a M in Maggie & Stella, L in Rowena & Sloan. M is the perfect size. Docked them 1 star for how high the waistband sits. It's almost at my bra line when I'm sitting down and a little uncomfortable. I haven't washed them yet and from experience know that Wool& fabrics change a little with washing, so perhaps this minor complaint will be remedied by a wash.
