I was told one of our employees really liked this company. I'd not heard of them but I went onto their website to order a gift card. I kept waiting for the normal prompt to ask me for the recipient's name, contact info and ask me if I wanted to include a message or buy a card. Instead, it just took my purchase with no other prompts. I tried calling "customer service" but they asked me to leave a message! No call back and I sent an email. All I got was an email receipt of my purchase but no response to my problem. So instead of a nicely crafted messages/graphics sent by Wooland to the person I bought the gift card for, instead I just forward my email receipt. Not happy.
We appreciate your feedback and take that seriously. While we don't yet have the capability to personalize a gift card, we are hoping to offer that in the future. Thank you again for sharing your experience and we apologize for letting you down here.
Your gift cards are great gifts for any occasion. Your site is very user friendly, making it easy to purchase, then print off the card for the recipient's use. I appreciate the quality in the dresses I've purchased from wooland.com., the wide assortment of styles and colors. I know that the person whom I gave the card to does also. The website made the gift card easy to buy. The delivery to my email was prompt. So easy to print at home and include inside a greeting card! The recipient can now enjoying picking out something that will really enjoy wearing. Everyone wins!
We gave a gift card to our daughter -- and she applied it to the purchase of a dress. She loves the dress! Both of our daughters have a number of your dresses; they love them and wear them all the time.
