our Rowena Swing Dress comes with a few advantages.

I am not doing the 100 days but I have two of these dresses, one long one regular. I live them. I am 72 and do prefer the longer length. The material is amazing and they are so comfortable. Can be worn as dress or tunic. I wear them both with tights and boots or flats.
I love the silky feeling of this fabric and the dress is well made, but I need it to be heftier won't doesn't crease as easily, and so it drapes more flattering.
But I look like Grimace in it. Pockets flip around and are more likely to make the dress poof out in an unflattering way than they are to lie flat. The dress falls from my boobs down and outward, so the silhouette is definitely that of a tent. Length and color are perfect. Fabric is great in a range of temps. If you are twirling or standing at an artful angle, it looks great on, too. But most of the time it's not a flattering dress on me. I kind of expected that, so I'm only a little disappointed. And comfort was my main goal anyway, and this dress has that in spades. Glad I got it.
The dress is exactly what they stated it would be, and it's very comfortable and doesn't itch at all, as I worried it would. This is all wonderful, however I worry that having spent all this money (for me it was a lot) I won't wear it as much as I would like to. Why? Because if you want a dress with long sleeves your only choice is a (relatively) short dress, if you want a long dress your only choice is a dress with no sleeves. I want to wear the dress in the winter, so why can't they make a LONG dress with LONG sleeves. This seems very simple and obvious to me but apparently has not occured to Wool& even though I see lots of people asking for it in the comments. Frustrating.
Was going the dress fit. It did not disappoint. I love it. It is cold in the northwoods of Wisconsin but it keeps me warm. Will be ordering in a different color or style. Great with leggings!
Would love to see this and other dresses in mid-calf length. Love the dresses but they are all a little too short for my style.
I am loving my Rowena Long. Fits perfectly, swings playfully, and feels cozy!
I’m almost a week into my 100 day challenge in this dress, and I LOVE it! Warm, soft, comfy, timeless, and easy to pair with countless accessories to make every day a different adventure. I haven’t had to wash it yet, just hang to air out each night. It’s strong enough to hold up to every day life, and just classy enough to dress up for the office.
I LOVE this dress! Easy to go formal, casual, and in between, works for 3 seasons, and so flattering.
I am in between small and medium on the size chart, but my broad shoulders and preference for looser-fitting sleeves made me choose medium, in the long length. The hem hits at mid-knee to lower knee.
I have the Rowena in 2 colors, and 2 more are on the way.
Originally I ordered Rowenas in black, in a regular and long length. one day later, I also ordered a Willow regular in plum. I knew I wanted to do the 100 day challenge, but since this was my first time ordering from Wool& I wasn’t sure about sizing. Living in a state with significant seasonal changes I also started giving some thought to the weather changes I was likely to encounter during the challenge. While I absolutely loved the fit and finish of both Rowenas, the more I thought about it I decided the Willow, with the v-neck, 3/4 sleeves and shorter length of the regular might work a little better for the weather changes. In sadly returned both the Rowenas, but will strongly consider purchasing one after I finish the challenge and as I rebuild my wardrobe. I am not sure whether I will go with reg or long when I repurchase a Rowena. The short is great for layering under things like overalls and jumpers which I do frequently with dog training and gardening. I also loved the regular length unbelted. That said, regular seemed more tunic like for my height, build and age (68), especially when belted and I would would definitely need something opaque like leggings, tights, jeans, etc. The preferred the long Rowena when belted.
