I now have 2 Livias and they are my favorite wool tank. I originally tried size M but now know that the fit of L is better for me. These are great as base layers or on their own!
I wanted a wool tank top to replace my cotton tank tops. (I’m replacing cotton with wool.) When I first tried on the Livia, it had some funny wing things on the back of my shoulders. I thought about sending it back. But after a week of tying it on and being annoyed at the weird fit, I remembered that my Wool& dresses also had weird fitting issues until I wore them a few times. I wore the Livia to work; later in the day the wing things on the back of my shoulders had settled down. And the tank top is just perfect now.
Lovely color, good fit, can be dressed up or down.
I was super surprised at how not-itchy this is! I was worried that it would be since it is 100% wool and not the same slick feeling as the Jade, but I really love it. I'm plus sized (US size 20-22) and was worried that it wouldn't fit, but the XXL is perfect for tucking in to pants under a cardigan or blazer with jeans. Amazing layering piece.
On the FB group a little while ago, I asked about activewear shirts to replace the hot and smelly synthetic shirts I was getting annoyed with. Thanks to the advise of the group, I purchased both the Ashland (in red rumba heather) and the Livia (in black). I'm in love with them both, they fit perfectly, and I already know that I'll be getting a lot of wear from them. Not only will they be perfect for walks and hikes, they are lovely tanks generally and I'll be wearing them a lot this summer. I got Livia in the black because I think I'll end up wearing her as a basic black tank all the time. Black Livia is just so versatile and fits so easily that I've been wearing her not just for walks in the mornings, but also during the daytime with shorts, jeans, and skits this summer.
For science, I'm 5'6", 152lbs, and have a long torso and high waist. Measurements 39/33/39. Livia is Medium (and chest measurements are within specs). I wear small or medium in dresses.
