I bought these in XL size and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. Everything stayed where it should. I wear them for my fitness class, yoga, and occasionally under dresses, though I mostly wear Frankie shorts for under dresses. I ordered a pair in the Pacific green color because I already had a pair of black ones I loved. I wanted a second pair so I could l alternate. There are pockets in these but I don't use them: I bump enough in that area without adding contents to the pockets!

These Summit shorts are extremely comfortable. They provide full coverage but layer under a dress nicely. The pockets are handy for cellphones, glasses, etc

I have these in black and love them. I decided to order them in the Pacific color and when I put them on, noticed that the fit in the crotch area is very odd. No matter how I moved or adjusted them, they gave a very bad 🐪 toe 😳. I put my black ones back on and realized the same thing was happening, but it's just not obvious because they're black! This is 100% not an issue with any other leggings/pants I own or my wool& leggings. I do love these shorts but unless the fit is fixed, I'd never buy them in a different color than black.

I already had a pair in large, and they fit a little loose, leaving a bit too much in the crotch area. They are fine under dresses, which is mostly what I wear them for, but I wanted a pair that fit better and the medium did the trick. They are much cooler than my lycra bike shorts with pockets. They are my new favorite.
