The best for under dresses all summer long!

Not much to add that hasn’t already been said! I wear these under short dresses in the summer as well as for sleeping. They do not ride up into uncomfortable places, even when scooting down under the covers.

These shorts are perfect to wear under dresses and I live in them all summer. I am sure they’d be excellent as pjs and for exercise too. I love them! Never feel too hot even in peak summer heatwave and I can wear dresses and avoid « chub rub ». The waistband is also ver comfortable not constricting at all. Also the legs/thighs are comfortable too — no pressure or constricting anywhere in these shorts you forget you are wearing them. Can’t recommend them enough. I love these so much I now have 4 pairs!

I was hoping to upgrade the bike shorts I usually wear with my wool& dresses, and was excited to try the Frankie. I bought the XL; my measurements are 38 waist, 48 hip, and my thigh at 7” inseam is about 24 around. Unfortunately as soon as I tried them on, I could tell the fit wasn’t for me. These were slightly roomy in the waist, fitted nicely in the hip, but very tight in the leg, too much to move comfortably. I think a size up would be too loose around the top and I’d worry about them feeling secure. Kinda bummed, as these would be amazing with the right fit— breathable and didn’t seem like the legs would ride up at all.

Frankie is the perfect layer for modesty and comfort, especially in warm weather. Enough people have written about the advantages of moisture wicking and antimicrobial merino, and about the chafe resistance of the bike-short style (no corn starch needed). But these just fit and are comfortable from the get-go, even for my very curvy figure. Well done!
